Arrive with clean dry hair in natural state. If you have way or curly hair, we love to see it so we can work on enhancing your natural hair texture.

Oily hair or hair that has a lot of product can create a barrier that lightener has to work through— making it a longer process or more difficult to lift. 

The only time it is perfectly okay to arrive with dirty hair is for a tone maintenance or haircut appointment, as we clarify the hair before starting our service. 

Depending on the desired look, length & density of your hair. As we specialize in blonding naturally dark hair, our service time is a longer. We ask that you have your schedule free for the day so we have time to deliver hair goals. 

  • New girl packages vary 4-7 hours
  • For partial or half touch up services: 3-5 hours
  • Tone maintenance: 1.5 hr
  • Haircut & style: 1.5 hr
  • New girl package includes a haircut & hair botox 
  • Signature sunkissed is designed for a dimensional blonde or brunette. 
  • Signature blonding is a high impact blonding for a whole new look. 
  • Glow up is more than a face frame but less than a partial. A halo highlight + where you part your hair. About 13 foils. Recommended if you just need slightly bring up your color or brunette tones to add dimension
  • Triple T (toner, treatment & trim) is a maintenance color refresh for our existing clients! The trim is a slight dusting of split ends. If it takes longer than 3 minutes than it is considered a haircut. 
We are surrounded by 2 hour parking that is not metered.

Color services are typically 3-6 hours. There is no limit on time parking on our cross street, Hawley Ave by the community center & school and in the residential area. 

Parking enforcement does come by so we don’t ever want to risk a parking ticket so please plan accordingly. 
Your color will be it’s most vibrant for 4-6 weeks. A tone refresh is recommended every 6-8 weeks to maintain shiny, 
It really depends on the look you’re going for. 
I recommend doing a full once a year, and a tone every 6-8 weeks. 
If you have gray or a base color, root touch up 4-6 weeks 
Extension bump up, 6-8 weeks 
Blue shampoo is recommended for brunettes, ashier tones, or Purple is recommended for blondes. It is not recommended to use more than once every two weeks. It can be drying on the hair so finish with a nourishing hair mask to lock in the color. 
Do not wash your hair for 48-72 hours so the hair cuticle has time to seal
